The “Architects of the Blue Sky” cycle is designed for professionals working with multicultural groups: teachers, educators, intercultural assistants, and animators — people who support young people in multicultural environments on a daily basis.
The program includes developmental meetings, elements of art therapy, exchange of experiences, and professional support in working with diversity.
PART I – On-site
The first part of the program (5 on-site sessions) focuses on:
-
building a sense of safety,
-
defining identity as a working tool,
-
intercultural facilitation techniques,
-
methods of resolving intercultural conflicts.
Each session combines a theoretical component with practical work and a supervision session — a space for reflection on professional experiences and current challenges. Led by Lena Rogowska-Lewandowska.
